ProSeek Legal Services (“we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information our website, proseeklegal.ca, collects and how we use it.
Information you give us
When you fill out a contact or booking form, we collect the details you provide (such as your name, email, phone number and message) only to respond to you and arrange your appointment. Payments are processed securely by Square; we do not store card numbers.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site, for example the number of visits, pages viewed, general location (city/region), device type and how you found us. Google Analytics uses cookies and processes your IP address, which is anonymized. We see only combined statistics, not individual visitors. You can opt out using your browser’s cookie settings or Google’s opt-out tool at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
How we protect your information
As a licensee of the Law Society of Ontario, we keep client information confidential. We do not sell or rent personal information.
Your rights
